Stupid question: When you receive a new wool soaker/cover from a WAHM do always wash and lanolize it before you use it? I always do and I'm wondering if I really need to- because then I have to wait before I can use it!

Well I dont know if I should be or not but I never do. I have 3 WAHM soakers, an Aristocrat and a Stacinator wool cover all have never been lanolized. The Stac has been hand washed maybe twice the others never (they are only a month or less old).

I have never had any of them leak or even sweat very much at all.
