Just keep nursing!! The only thing I would watch for is fever and/or a change in symptoms--anything that would cause concern about an older child. Use bm in the nose to loosen mucous if necessary. If she has had it for four days with no fever or worsening of symptoms, she is probably about to turn the corner.
I worried so much about my youngest when he was first born, as my oldest was in kindergarten had a cold, followed by a stomach bug, followed by strep all by the time the baby was 6 weeks old. One of the most reassuring things I read during that time was on askdrsears.com, in the journal of one of Dr. Sears' sons, about his own child's first cold at 3 weeks.
Hope everyone feels better soon!
