I just wanted to drop a line and introduce myself. I just ran into your group today and am so glad to have support. I've only been seperated for about 2 weeks now. I have 3 children and a baby due in Jan. My dh decided to be selfish and that has put us in the situation I'm in now. It has been incredably hard on me and the kids, but seems not to bother dh so much. He was going through a lot of finacial problems and that made him "snap". I guess having us around didn't help his mentality. So here we are! Even though I've been going through this past tragedy, I do have a pretty spunky personality and love to chat online. I truely am glad to find you all! Kristen

You summed it up well and so simply -- good for you for not going on and on (as I did and still am very tempted to do) about stbx's selfishness--you are a disciplined woman.
