Its really nice they pointed out how the mw was trained and licensed and what she carries with her. Although some people I am sure are going to think its still not enough. But at least it dispels some myths about mws.

The first must be in the early months of pregnancy, and the second at 36 weeks of pregnancy. Women who have previously had a caesarian section, who are carrying twins, who have previous health conditions or who are carrying babies with malpresentations may not have their babies at home."
