Here is a link to the NJ Clean Energy program. If you live in NJ and have an older house, drafty house or older furnace, this is a HUGE opportunity to reduce your energy bills at a very affordable cost.

The steps are here:

1) reduced cost energy audit
2) FREE air sealing- for leaking houses with no combustion problems found. If your house is older than 15-20 years, it will probably be considered "leaky."
3) up to 50% rebates and 0% interest loans for furnace replacement, depending on efficiency of existing furnace.

There is a deadline of Dec 31, 2009 for some of these rebates... overall a really great program to help reduce energy usage.
