Hello

I haven't been to this forum in a long time, but I have been using bs and vinigar for a couple of years instead of shampoo. In a few weeks, we are going to be spending a few days at a water park. Is there anything different or special I should do to help my hair deal with the chlorine? Thanks!

The times I've gone swimming, all I've done is rinse well with regular water afterwards. Maybe use some conditioner if you wish. Haven't had any problems with swimming.

Wet/drench hair and put on thick conditioner or oil on hair prior to swimming. Shampoo/no-poo as usual.
