How do you cope with insomnia and permanent baby cry?
How do you sleep and do you get enough sleep?

A lot of people take pills for that, I think that you have to be comfortable. When you are comfortable you will sleep better.

I wouldn’t recommend you taking sleeping pills to fight insomnia. They are highly addictive, and you may end up taking a lot of pills, and still suffer from insomnia. I would recommend you to google different methods on how to fall asleep better. You can do some sports. It reduces stress and anxiety. Also, You can try drinking herbals teas 1-2 hours before you go to bed. I tried both methods on my skin, and I can guarantee you that they work. Besides, I recently discovered another method. My friend recommended me to try a weighted blanket uk. I ordered one, and I can say that somehow it helps to fall asleep faster and feel full of energy on the next day.
