all through school, all from teachers, all from my parents, YOU ARE NOT THERE TO SOCIALISE, YOU ARE THERE TO LEARN. learn what? LOL I read all the books on the first day of school then went and did my own research on interesting things

anyways, so why the same people who scream you are NOT AT SCHOOL TO SOCIALISE also scream HOW CAN YOU SOCIALISE A HOMESCHOOLER?

Thank you for such a timely post. Dh and I were discussing the possibility of hs in the future (ds is only 3) and he mentioned he was concerned about "socialization". I will have to share this with him. Hope to get him on the same page before we have to make a real decision!
