I have a NOJO and have tried it with all 3 of my children from infant up to toddler. I have never been able to comforably use it. It is hard to position the baby in it and is very clumsy IMHO. If you have the opportunity to exchange it for something else I would recommend you do that.

Hey, I loved my Nojo! Note the ages of my children, please, before you flame.

IIRC, neither of them used it as brand new newborns; I was given a snuggli at a baby shower before dd was born and didn't trade it for the Nojo until she was about a month old and ds needed to be held skin-to-skin on my arm until he was about two weeks old.

I used the cradle hold for the littlest ones and did feel most comfortable supporting them with my left arm. Adjusting the length was a bit tricky too; we were most comfortable with it hitched up a lot tighter than you might expect, and it would slowly loosen up as the day went on and need to be retightened.

I used the Nojo until my kids were about two. I was a non-driver, so we walked and took the bus everywhere. It really was very nice at the time, although from what I hear there are better alternatives available in this day and age.
