I was wondering if there are any mother's out there who had there son's at North Fulton Regional Hospital and had them circumcised?
What procedure do they use- My 1st son's was done at Eggleston in Atlanta and it was the Plasti-bell and complicated. I wondered if anyone knew how they did it. THank you.

I had a son in 2008 at NFH but your ob is the one that does circs so it would depend on how they were taught. It's something you should discuss with your ob before you deliver probably.

Hi, jlayne! Glad to have you here. Have you had a chance to visit the Circumcision forum here yet? It has the most comprehensive and accurate information that can be found anywhere on the web, IMO. I encourage you to go there and read before you have your baby. Circumcision is by no means a given; it's unnecessary and actually harmful, but it can be hard to ferret out the facts. MDC has many mamas who circumcised one son, but after researching here, decided to leave their next babies intact. :)

Please think about it very carefully. I know a lot of moms who have circumcised older sons then learned more and left their younger sons intact and it has not been a big deal.
