Don't know if you ever found anybody. Sierra Midwifery in Reno does travel around a bit, I don't know for sure if Winnemuca is in Diane's travel radius. Also I think Betsy with Tree of Life Midwifery might travel that far. www.treeoflifemidwifery.com
