Hi,
I have a friend who is concerned about a friend's baby who doesn't follow objects with his eyes (like the bunny moved around in front of his face). She asked me if this is normal and I don't know. Any thoughts? The baby is just over two months, and i guess he is basically unresponsive to people too (doesn't smile yet or seem to acknowledge people). I assume he's had whatever are normal sight tests for hospital born babies.
Any thoughts?
