i needed a few stuffins, so i did a quick froogle search and found what i needed at a wahm website i had never heard of (I'll tell you WHO after this gets cleared up either way.. don't want to hurt anyones business over an error)

the price was right, the shipping was fine, so i placed an order and paid via paypal

10 minutes later? i get an email that says
This order will not be processed due to our move

now if i go to their homepage (which i did not the 1st time - i went straight to the product page) it DOES say they are closed

but they have my money!!!

i emailed them but WWYD?

How long has it been since you emailed them? If they are in the process of a move and it does mention that on their home page then they may not be checking their computer daily. In fact, it may be a few days to a week before they get the email so I would just wait a few days and see what happens.

You can file a claim through Paypal if it has gone through. If it is a payment that needs to be claimed, you will have to wait for them to claim it before you can file a claim.
