Okay, I'm going to try NT. DD has been on a probiotic that has really helped with her dairy allergy, enough that unpasteurized cheese and whole milk yogurt have not bothered her at all. YAY!!! So anyway, I'm wondering if all of you NT mamas only grind your own flour. I don't have a mill and am wondering if I can use the same flour (organic whole grain in sealed packages) that I've always used, or if it really is so bad that it should never be used.
