I was getting dressed for work this morning and I had CNN on as usual..and they started showing the nursing moms from Mondays nurse in.. and talking about Angry Mothers in NYC... I wanted to see the whole thing but I had to leave for work..however I did catch a clip of an ignoramus saying that "Nursing in public is like urinating in public..it should be done discreetly." I was apalled by that one.

Well, no i guess that wouldn't be discreet....what with the puddle and all.

Good point! I'm not gonna start wearing CDs though... I spend enough on them already, I can't afford my own stash.

Ya know, never mind peeing discreetly in public - I find it hard to even pee discreetly at home... someone always finds out what I'm doing and follows me into the bathroom :LOL

you know what makes me mad? Yesterday on the View they were talking and periods and what is normal. All the ladies said stuff like "wouldn't it be nice if we didn't have to speak of these normal bodily functions like they are tabu" "it's normal, it's something that happens to your body, we shouldn't be ashamed" and stuff like that. don't they know that it's the same with bf'ing???

OK so I got a CNN user names and password from bugmenot.com but I can't seem to figure out how to use it to see the video - I keep getting error messages... am I just stupid? If someone gets in please tell me what you did.

In Seattle there has been alot of debate after a well-known local commentator likened BF to urinating in the middle of the mall. It has sparked a Breastfeeding Awarness Rally! check it out on WA,OR & ID forum!
