Hi everyone:
I noticed no takers for this month, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm not too computer literate, but here goes. :LOL Let me know anything I need to fix 'casue I'm a total newbee

It is my hope this month to try and make the thread more supportive than it has been. I noticed this comment last month by a few mommas, and I know what they're talking about; its one reason why I stopped visiting this thread for many months. Perhaps we need to add a many hugs category or something. Does anyone have any ideas?

As for my current status. My ds is 25 mo. and I'm on my 2nd ppaf; cd 5. We've been ready to conceive since Oct. I try not to count the months; it makes me

Thanks for the info mimi! I got my af back at 7 mo pp, ugh! My cycle has been a super regular since Oct every 30 days,. I thought vitex would help my cm and get things blanced. Well, I hope since we had the early m/c this month taht June will be a sticky. The thread looks great. I'm on CD 5, so I guess I'm waiting to be ready?

Working on cycle #3 a hit and then miss on #2
Nursing my dd almost 21 mos....
baby dust and fertile vibes to everyone!

mimi! - thx for putting it together. i didn't do much with participating in this thread last go-'round, but i'm going to give it more of a try this month. as far as where we are: we're going to try to catch this egg ... um ... tonight.
:LOL

Thanks beemama!

Jentilla: we're on the same cycle day. I'm even wondering if I had an early m/c myself. There's so much bleeding and cramping! Its awful. Is that what its been like for you?

I know a mom who was prescribed the homeopathic remedy nat.mur. 200c for getting more c/f. she had none. She took it once a week for several weeks and it began to return then she got pregnant. (she's actually one of our success stories).

Good luck, luckymama

If you need me to update you on the list, please put it in the title of your post so I know exactly where to put you or make changes. Thanks!

I've been out of the loop for a while. Decided to buy a new house and sell ours so I've been really busy. Good thing about that is that I wasn't even upset to see AF last month. I'm 3 or 4 dpo now. I probably won't post much but will be keeping my fingers crossed for everyone else!
Thanks for taking the thread mimi

We've been nuts here. Selling our house has been a whirlwind so far, we already have an offer that we've excepted. We should sign the p & s next week. Dh starts a new job the week after. All the stress pushed my O day out. I had been Oing on around CD 17, this cycle it didn't happen until cd 21.

Now we have to go look at houses and figure out where we're going to live in 6 weeks

fertile baby vibes to everyone.

Thanks for taking the thread Mimi.

I'm not exactly sure what day I o'd, we just sorta bd'd when we felt like it and I'm keeping my hopes up. I think I am 8-10 dpo. Will wait to test till middle of next week if I can. I have one expensive test here and I don't want to buy another one this month, so I'm gonna wait to use it until I will trust the result!

Sounds like some of our lives have been hectic and ttc is just adding to it. My dh is in the process of shutting down his business and then looking for a new job. THings are surprisingly not stressful around here though, we'll make it. This whole situation has helped me to not obsess too much lately about ttc. It'll happen sometime I guess.

Welcome Erin!!!!! and there is a sticky on the big ttc thread page with all the definitions. I had to look them all up too!!

Mimi- Yes, it's been yucky lots of "extra stuff," heavy back pain, and general yuckiness. I've been SOOOO regular that I tested at 1 day late with a +. Then the next day I had a dream that said "the baby is no longer with us." Of course, I wanted to ignore it and then about 24 hrs later I started bleeding. It's neat taht we are on teh same cycle day-my missed was the 26th, so we can sorts go through this one together!!!!!! I'm starting the vitex today. I have cf, but I want to balance things a bit. I'm also going to start some vitamin E.

Today, was a big bummer. Two of my LLL mamas are pg with #2 and #3. I'm happy for teh mama, but a little bummed out. My dd bf is also 3mths pg with #2. All these mamas are a bit yonger, 28 and I just feel like my 32 yr old eggs are rotting!!!!!!

Luck and Prayers to all!

Thanks for taking over this thread, mimi! I don't even know if I should be in this group or if I should head on over to the infertile group...UGH! I gave up 9 (!!!!) vials of blood today in hopes that they would figure out just what is wrong with me. They are testing my thyroid, hcg levels (since my chem. pg last week) and for all of the clotting disorders. I guess we will either figure out what is wrong with me or what is not wrong with me. Point is, I guess we may actually have some answers or at least I can hope, right? I am on cd6 so it looks like some of us are right there together...course I always O late so I may be behind. So confused! Looking forward to getting it right again......
HI everyone,

My dd is going to be 15 months old this month. We are going to start ttc at the end of the month. I'm so excited. Jocelyn is still crazy addicted to the boob. I am very concerned and plan to do everything I can to maintain the nursing relationship and tandem nurse.

Welcome all newbies!!

Jentilla: sorry to hear about your dream. I had a similar experience, but I don't think I was actually pregnant 'cause I don't have lots of 'stuff' in this af, as you put it. But in my dream, I dreamt that my 'corpus lutem' was discintegrating! I had just read about this in TCOYF, that if you have some cf, its actually from the corpus lutem dying. And so it was. Today we had a LLL toddler meeting in our city and I purpously did not attend for the same reason! 3 of the nursing moms are pregnant. I easily, the other 2 took a while so that is a bit consoling! :LOL but I still didn't go! The age does not bother me. I got pregnant easily the first time at 32. This year I'm 35 and I'm not worried. I have friends who are late 30s who got pregnant easily and I don't consider them as healthy as myself (e.g. their diets are not that great). So I'm sure your eggs are in great shape.

Doulanicole: I am so sorry for all the difficulities you are facing. I would encourage you to see a natural health professional, if you can, to balance your hormones - if this is indeed the case, as it may very well be - such as a naturepath or homeopath. These modalities have been very effective in helping women's health. In my experience, finding out what is wrong is just a piece of a puzzle. It doesn't necessairly put you back together again. And once you get entangled in a mess of different medical specialists, your body becomes compartmentalized when it should be seen as a whole with all parts working together. I can also say that homeopathy is great for overcoming loss and grief. The remedy 'ignatia' is very useful to use immediately after a loss. It helps the emotions flow out of the body and not get stuck to do their damage.

erindaugherty: bfp: big fat positive! Hope you get one soon.

bethkm: I like your attitude
I've been trying to keep that in mind myself: it'll happen when its supposed to.

I have NO idea where I am cycle-wise.
Temps have been wildly unreliable for me so that's not much help this time around. (User error BTW, not anything wrong with the temps themselves.) I'm getting AF symptoms, O signs and pregnancy twinges all at once. Lovely, no?

Welcome all the newbodys... Thread looks great Mimi!!

mimi! - i'm loving this thread! i just noticed i'm on the list 2x - waiting for eggie (no longer true) & 2ww (that's what i'm doing) - waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting ... sigh.

also, regarding nursling ages, does someone have to manually update this every month? i was wondering (and i'm sure this has probably been discussed already, but i thought i'd ask anyway) whether it wouldn't be easier for the keeper(s) of the list if we put our nurslings' birth dates instead? just a thought - please feel free to ignore!
