I've been drinking a cup a day of nursing tea (that I buy bulk from my local hfs) since ds2 was about 3 weeks old. I wasn't having supply issues, but I really liked drinking my rrl tea when I was pregnant and wanted to continue with something that would be good for me. I figured that a nursing tea could only help.

Anyway, I've been wondering whether drinking it every day for several months will affect my supply for any reason. My supply is currently at a good place. I am needing to start pumping daily (2-3 times/day) to keep up with what he ends up drinking when I'm at work.

Hmmm...I guess I really don't know what my question is, but I welcome any input anyone may have.

TIA!

I've never noticed a difference in my supply while drinking even several cups of nursing tea per day. Drinking just plain RRL tea seems to help more.
