I'm having a hard time figuring out nursing easily while baby wearing. I have tried a ring sling, a pouch and a mei tai. I think the problem is that I have large breasts and my nipples point down - not forward. (so nursing in the mt seems impossible). I'm not completely sure if that's the problem or not.

Anyone else have similar experience? How did you overcome it?

I nurse in a ring sling, and I have large breasts. I loosen the sling so that dd sits low in a tummy to tummy position. I offer her the breast opposite the ring. DD is getting long at 9 mo, so she has to tuck her head a little to reach the nipple. At the same time, I reach my hand under from the opposite side and lift my breast. When she was much smaller, I occasionally bfed her in the cradle position (with her head opposite the ring) while supporting her head with my arm. Hope this helps a little.
