Nutritional Supplements & Vitamins

I was wondering what nutritional supplements/vitamins you all give your children. I would like to start my kids on fish oil, wondering if you have any suggestions for a brand. My ds is 3 and my dd is 10. My ds is a very pickey eater so I feel it is most important for him to start taking some supplements.
Thanks,

My boys (almost 5 and 2 1/2) take Blue Ice Cod Liver Oil - we get the mint flavor and they eagerly take it. They also get a Source Natural's Mega-Kid multi almost each day (it averages about 5 times a week). In the morning I tend to spike their juice with half a capsule of probiotic powder, and sometimes also spike it with some sodium ascorbate (vit C).
My boys take Nordic Naturals fish oil for kids. They don't really like it but they can tolerate it because it's strawberry or lemon flavored. (They chew them.)
And they also are taking Juice Plus gummies.
I give 20 month old ds 1/4 t of Nordic Naturals Cod Liver Oil in Orage flavor. I take 1T and dh takes 1.5 T. Noone complains about the taste--tastes like what I imagine EO orange tastes like! We mix it into drinks.

I am really not a big fan of commercial vitamins. hey are very synthetic IMO and it is better to recieve nutrition from quality food sources.
My kids are taking a liquid whole foods vitamin right now but it's almost gone and I have since bought some kids vitamins from Nature's Sunshine that are chewable, one a multivitamin and one an antioxidant. They really liked the liquid but I just wanted to see how well the other vitamins would do for them as they're easier to transport. They do also take mangosteen and noni and I slip flax seed oil into their homemade juices or smoothies daily. I also make a honey butter spread mixed in w/flax oil. After my troubles w/taking clo, I chose to wait to give it to them until they are older. Right now that's all they take because I don't want to over kill them w/vitamins as my ds is only almost 2 and my dd is 4. I will gradually add more but I don't really think they're all to necessary as my kids are great at eating veggies and fruits but I like to feel better that they're getting all that they can which is why I do still give them the vitamins.

My 8 and 6 year olds have Blue Ice CLO, High Vitamin butter oil, Pure Aussie Seaminerals, Matrix Microbes (they won't eat cultured veggies) and homemade raw milk kefir.
Uccomama - do you have a link for the Pure Aussie Seaminerals and the Matrix Microbes? Thanks!
And do you take both too? Would they be appropriate pregnant/nursing?

I only have a link to the Aussie
Seaminerals http://seamineral.com/index.asp. I get the Matrix Microbes through my ped, maybe a google search might bring them up. I take both and neither bottles have a CYA statement re pregnant and nursing mothers, so I assume both would be fine. I will see if I can come up with a link for the Microbes, they come in a plain 4 oz bottle with what looks like a computer printed label, so my guess is they are from a very small company.

My ds takes Whole Foods brand multivitamin (1/2 most of the time) and a kid's probiotic. I also slip some flax oil into his yogurt and smoothies. He doesn't drink OJ so I'm going to start adding sodium ascorbate into his diet as soon as I can find some.
my dd (3) gets a kids gummy multivitamin every morning. i used to give her fish oil in the morning (1 capsule, but pierced and from a spoon) but have just changed to cod liver oil. i used to just mix the oil with a bit of honey and she took it fine, but i have since discovered that she will take the oil straight and doesn't mind the flavour. once during the day i will spike her rice milk or almond milk with probiotic.
