[Emmeline II]

I posted about this awhile back and can't find the thread. Does anyone in this general area (I'm near 1604/Culebra) have a mechanic they've had a good experience with.

We had a great one on FM 78 and will make the drive if necessary. It's not time critical, but we know we will need to do some maintenance on our truck soon.

I might have replied! When we lived in SA (just moved last year) we took our car to Haby's Automotive in Helotes. It's a bit of a drive up 16, not too far though. He worked on our car 2 or 3 different times and was really honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. It was also very neat because he would show us the peices he took out and what was wrong with them!

You should be able to Google his number/address...if not let me know. We're in the process of moving but I still have his keychain somewhere around here!

I can't find a lot of old threads either...wasn't there a database switch or something? Maybe they got lost in the transfer?
