Does anyone have any experience with preschools (private) in NYC, brooklyn particularly, and how to handle the partial vaccination question? The application is so intense as it is, then top it off with an unvacced nursing little guy....

I'm applying for prek for my 2 year old now, and at a sincere loss for how to handle this. He did have Dtap and Hib, but has not had any others, nor will he in the near future unless we go abroad. I'd really like to be selective about the vaccines I choose, rather than be forced into an all or nothing position. But, I'll choose no new vaccs rather than all if I have to. I do have the title of Reverend from the Church of Spiritual Humanism (mostly an online church, but I am registered to perform marriages in NYC.)

Any advice, please?
Thank you!

Your child was never vaccinated. Just submit your letter without comment. Do not answer any questions about your religious beliefs unless it is in writing, then check here, preferably with a NY'er (see your tribe board) who has been in your situation, and submit your answers in writing. Don't specify your church.
