thanks, I did read that site before but I don't think it's right. -Because a few other sites are saying OATS contain a good amount of other B vitamins not just B1, plus Iron....and WHFOODS site doesn't mention those....

anyone know?

I think the whfoods site just lists the most dense nutrients. Perhaps according to thier criteria there isn't a large enough amount of those nutrients per calorie or something.
