Here we go again! Whatever you consider excercise - no rules
Just a place to post your times and check in for support.

Everyone is welcome! Lets get moving!

10/1 a.m. 30 minutes biking

I'm in--I've never tried this approach but I like the idea of it.

10:1 10 minutes walking
10:2: 30 minutes walking
10:3: 20 minutes walking, 45 minutes heavy housecleaning
10:4: 30 minutes walking
10:5: 20 minutes walking carrying baby
10:6: X
10:7: 45 minutes cleaning basement and moving furniture
10:8: 20 minutes walking, 20 minutes cardio dvd
10:9: 30 minutes walking, 1 hour cleaning basement and assembling shelves
10:10: 15 minutes walking.

For this month, I'm not going to count my walk to and from work or work days that are really physically taxing, so I have more incentive to do the yoga and fitness classes I'd like to do.

That said, I now have nothing to post yet today

I would like to join as well. However, with everything going on (we are moving back home this month- living in a rental house after our burnt house is being rebuilt) I am not able to get a lot of time to work out. I have some really great interval workouts that are only 20 min that I can get in with the kids, since dh is busy with work and the house. I am hoping for 750 min this month. I pray that next month things are back to normal and I can kick it back up.

10 min. yoga

Had planned an afternoon run, but instead ended up at the doctor's office b/c of vertigo - an inner ear infection. Feeling rotten and am not getting off on the right foot for this month's challenge!

10/2 70 min on treadmill

This month is going to be a little tricky because we are taking some trips. I have to make sure I get a little exercise in every day. I am so bad about doing it when I am not home.
