I have a friend that is expecting in the next couple of weeks. She doesn't know what she is having but I have given her tons of info on circ. I was really wanting to know what her thoughts were so far, so today we are talking and I ask her what her husband thinks of the issue. She says that they had talked about it and that he was surprised about how traumatic a circ is and what all it entails. I am thinking okay thats good they realize it's not just a little snip. I went on to talk about the cleanliness issue being totally bogus and she agreed, then I talked about how it really should be the babies choice, it's not a birth defect, again agreement from her. So I am thinking great, another baby saved. So I end by saying, it is so great that you and Dh are on the same page about this issue, and she says " Oh, well we haven't completely made up our minds yet"...

WHAT!!! How can you admit that you understand all these things and still be on the fence about the issue? It is a no brainer folks!!!!
There is still hope, but it is so frustrating.
