I am 26 weeks and feeling pretty good on the whole and appreciating it, but I would like to take a minute to bitch and moan about some minor annoying ailments. Feel free to do the same!

Whose got what going on where?

Mine:

* ACID REFLUX. Dear God. I don't think Tums is supposed to become a main food group in your second trimester, but here I am.

* I am getting so sick of peeing. All. The. Time. It's pretty much a hobby at this point.

* The party that is pelvic arthropathy. I had this with DS and it was so painful that it really freaked me out. This time around it isn't so scary because I know that it isn't hurting the baby, but still. Ouch.

* Constantly being stuffed up. I would get no sleep at all without Breathe-Rites. They help a lot.

Your turn!!

Right now, at 30 weeks it's these awful little skin tags on the side of my neck. They itch and hurt. It feels like the side of my neck is on fire because they keep rubbing against clothing.

The other complain, though not technically a physical one, is that I need for it to get warm. . warm enough for short sleeves at least. All my long sleeve maternity tops have stains on the front and my regular long sleeve shirts are either too warm or not long enough to cover my belly. I have a whole bunch of maternity t-shirts but I'd freeze my arms off if I wore them most of the time.

My abs have separated and so because of that my abs ache and my back aches. There are a lot of thing about this pregnancy I would like to have over with. LOL! But I want my little Henry to stay in there until he his healthy enough, I'll put up with most anything for that.

I am feeling pretty good for the most part.

She is right up under my ribs though and it can often be hard to find a comfortable position to sit/lay in.

I had also been having some horrible sciatic pain, but it has calmed down for the time being. I'm sure it will flare up again though as I get closer to my delivery date.

Oh my aching sacrum and hips! They have been achy since my 1st trimester and have gotten worse since. It's mostly awful when I have to change sleeping positions or get out of bed. This past week was particularly bad. The good news is that last night was the mildest it has been in a while and I think it's because I did a bit of walking in the afternoon so that's my new remedy.

bemommy - I wish I could send our heat to you! It has been in the 85-93 range here for a week now!

I have been feeling alright except for some terrible headaches! Which are probably caused by the sudden heat wave and my body reacting to it.

The left side of my butt extending down to the back of my knee is constantly sore - like I did too many squats but trust me, that is surely not the case! I know its sciatic pain and heat is the only way I have found relief.

I am getting the reflux pretty bad, too. I am just not sleeping which is making me sore and cranky most days

I am hoping the warm weather will perk me up a bit!

Oh where do I start! I will be 30 weeks on Friday, today I actually feel good which is a pleasant surprise, but I don't feel good all the time!

- Sciatica. I just started getting this pain occasionally about a week ago, but when it hits, hoo boy does it suck!

- Acid reflux. Yup, got that too. It's the kind that feels like it's sitting in the top of my throat. I just want to reach in and grab it!

- Painful kicks and jabs. I don't know if I have a ninja in there or what, but he sure does like to hurt mommy sometimes.

- Sore abdomen. My midwife said I might have pulled something from over-exerting, and that could be what was making the pain that terrible, along with my belly stretching, but I seriously hurt. I am glad it's taking a break right now. I hope it doesn't come back, but I have a feeling it will!

- Sore legs, sore feet. Nothing terrible, but I make DH rub them.

- Finally just normal lower back pain. The heating pad is my best friend.

Ah yes... how could I have forgotten sciatica?? My dear, old butt-cramping friend.

I'm getting some jabby-jabs too, but I kinda like it for now. At 30+ weeks when she starts in on my ribcage for real I may feel differently.

I'm trying to Embrace the Joys of Pregancy because I think this might be it for us, but it can be... uh, challenging at times.

My hips, groin and pelvis! I can barely walk by the end of the day. I am in so much pain I am thinking about going out on disability- but I feel like such a wimp. I told my work I would work until the end too.

my pelvis feels like someone went at it with a crowbar
:.

oddly enough, it feels good when I get DP to bash my sacrum with his fist

Man, I hope no-one is looking through the window when he's doing it!

My pelvic joints (especially the sacro-iliac/SI joint) are in a lot of pain these days. Also my legs ACHE by the end of the day, it's so difficult for me to fall asleep with the pain. The overly full/can barely breathe feeling I have at the end of the day (even if I'm careful to eat carefully/lightly past about noon) is starting to get on my nerves as well.

But other than that I feel good!

Oh I hear ya on the skin tags! I was looking in the mirror the other night, and noticed there's about a DOZEN of them on both sides of my neck! The weren't there 2 weeks ago. Where did they come from!!!! This didn't happen last time!

I just have "achiness" in my abdomen, usually across the bottom part of my belly. I'm not sure what that area is called, but it's been sore a lot.

I get short of breath so easily. The other night I was in Target, and I had to take a break in their outdoor furniture section! Agh. We have the March of Dimes March for Babies coming up soon...how am I going to make it through 4.5 miles?!?!? Honestly, I'm pretty sure I'm not.

I'm just SO tired. All. The. Time. AND, I can't fall asleep at night. I lie awake for over an hour most nights, I just can't turn my brain off.

The heartburn is becoming a daily thing now too, just like last time.

I have all of this, too. The reflux has been especially bad lately.
