I washed and lanolized my covers. I did not mix any soap with the lanolin in the cup before I added it to the water...now I have lanolin bugers on my covers. Will it just soak it or rub away? Do i need to rewash? Help me!

:LOL That's exactly what I did the first time I lanolized my wool. It was really bad on one of them. Let's just ds was really dry in lots of small spots. :LOL You can leave them, and they will fix themselves after a few wears, or you can soak them for awhile in wool wash and the boogers with come off.

Well I always use too little lanolin, but I remember reading here that its ok if you have too much, and that the stickiness will wear off. Some even put extra on their soakers. So you should be alright. Might just have some sticky spots.

Though one time I thought i put too much lanolin on and they were all sticky and yucky in the water wit the lanolin bits, but when it came out it was just fine after drying.
