I got a huge bagful of fava beans in my CSA box. We've eaten some of them raw, but I'd like to know if anyone has a great recipe? What to do with several pounds of these things?

I like to boil them until just tender, then quickly saute in a little butter or olive oil and garlic, and then toss with lots of chopped parsley. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top, salt to taste, and yum!
