Ok so I have gotten two diapers this week that have to be exchanged because I ordered large and they are WAY too big on my boy! Going by the measurments on the sites it would seem he is a large but not so much when I put the diaper on him.

Thank GOODNESS I ordered my Luxebaby WIO in medium -- I think I would die if it was too big!

So how do you figure it out? Do you just *know* what sizes work well on your baby? If you all dont mind answering, what are your babes weight and measurments and what size works for you?
Maxi used to be a large in everything but he has gotten so tall and thinned out that in some stuff he dropped down to a medium, now it looks like he may be strictly a medium.

This is why I have stuck to one sized diapers for so long!

Painful trial and error. The thin toddler stage has been really hard because dd is well above the listed weight for med but swims in most larges.

She's about 30 lbs and tall, sorry I can't be more specific, aside from SP size 1 I just can't do front snap because she's just too skinny in the waist.

I wish more WAHMs had Petite toddler sizes. It's kinda funny how a 30 lb toddler can wear a smaller diaper than a 20 lb baby.

If you are looking for a petite L I had good luck with L Lukes Drawers side snap fitteds and also BizzyBHive L.

Sigh..... we have a hard time too. Some of our larges are too big (most of them are) but then the mediums are a tad too small or too short in the rise. I don't have too many (except for Loveybums Larges) that fit him right on. If I could switch over to those I would because of hte fit.

So do you mind me asking what your boy's measurments are? And weight?

Well, Libby is DEFINITELY a large in almost everything.

She's 27 lb 8 oz and 34 1/2" tall.

She has a TINY waist (under the belly) and big thighs.

I think last measurement was around....

17 or 18" waist
14.5" thighs
16" rise (17" for covers)

But she *HAS* to have larges for those THIGHS! This is why we like front snap SO much, because to me, it just allows her thighs to hang out and not get smushed.
