Hi All,

I joined this forum about a month ago and was quite disappointed when all I saw was the Working mom's tribe and Single mom stuff. I just chauked it up to, yet again, another place where no one stays at home anymore.

Well, I just figured out what SAHM means. Doh! I feel like I've found my home!I am sooo happy I am gitty. I have a 6.5 month old, new to CT and don't have any family here. I've joined a MOMS club, breastfeed support group and have been very fustrated at the fact that everyone works. Simple questions I've had, like how do you get your baby to nap, have been answered so many times with, oh the au pair does it, the daycare does it, or the nanny did it. The isolation is emptying.

But I found you now!!! A group of people doing the same thing I am! Woo hoo!

I was soooooo excited when I found this group. I am the only person I know who has chosen to SAH with kiddo. This group was a lifesaver... especially because on "bad" days I can whien and moan about how hard it was without someone telling me "well you CHOSE this life" instead I get suggestions and advice... love it!!

I <3 SAHM forums!!!!
