Do you remember my post about my lost Cushie Tushie shorts? Well I got them from Marnie and needed the rise to be a bit higher so I mailed them back to her.......well I was being cheap and didn't get a DC or anything. Well Marnie never got them back and they haven't shown up here either
WELL! I emailed Marnie last night to see if they'd shown up yet. She said no but she was knitting me another pair!!!!!!!!!!!! She said when they show up she'll sell them and in the meantime she's knitting me another pair and mailing them to me on Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ISN'T SHE A WONDERFUL ANGEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so freakin happy cause they were 4th of July shorts and we are leaving for vacation over the 4th of July.
I'm just so impressed with cloth diaper mamas generosity!!! What's your great story about mama's generosity?
I've just learned to knit in the last few months and it is a work of art as well as a work of love. Knitting wahmammas deserve a lot of respect for what they do and it is just phenomenal that Marnie cares enough to do that for you!!
I had her fix a hat that my dog ate. LOL! Not only did she send me back a hat, but a gorgeous rice cashmere kiwi pie (my very first) and a pair of newborn longies for my little girl.
Wow, that is so sweet & generous! I've had a lot of positive experiences like that - for instance, after I won a Fussybutt auction on Ebay, Christy sent me an extra OV doubler & wipe.
And I just got a dyed prefold & tee set from Cali Baby and she included a matching playsilk.
And there are lots of other stories like this, but that's all I can think of right now. WAHMs rock!
Marnie is phenominal!!! I know I spelled that wrong... but she's phenominal spelled correctly. She's just awesome!!! She is one of the BEST WAHMs I have ever had the honor of working with. She is just amazing!!!!
I bought the CUTEST newborn longies from her oh oh and she was so so so so sweet and so amazing!
