I am hurting so bad today. Actually it started last night...

I can barely walk. It feels like my pubic bone is about to split into two, and it is right down at the entrance to the girly area where starts, then moving upwards...

It cannot change positions when sleeping, I cannot walk....I just hurt...even sitting..

Oh, and it is not comfortable to even sit on the birthing ball...

Oh momma that sounds awful!!

I have pains but they come when I've sat and then get up to walk...so going places is out because after sitting in the car for longer than 5 minutes I can't get my left leg moving without tons of PAIN.

My MW gave me some simple exercises to try to stretch that area and to strengthen as well...they HURT like hades to do but I'm trying anything at this point. Now if I could just sneeze with out my hip popping I'd be great too.

I had that a few days ago! Only I got it from running after my toddler the night before. It had me in tears and DH had to help me move and I could hardly get to the bathroom from bed and that was with a lot of help. Epsom salt baths helped the most and life is back to near normal now. I really feel for you!

I've had that a lot at the end of this pregnancy too. My midwife said it's the actual separation of the cartilage that joins the two sides of your pubic bone together, so essentially, you're bone DID split (but it's supposed to!).

It hurts like heck when rolling over in bed, getting in and out of a sitting position (especially oin the car!) and anytime my legs are apart and I try to put them back together. I've found it helpful to keep my knees together as much as possible. And no squatting, that makes it 50x worse!
