Is there a list somewhere of what vitamins (which quantity) is safe for BF? And also which herbs? I just bought an all in one Super Nutrition Simply One Women, and they have a lot of things in there. I needed gluten free and this is what the guy at the health food store recommended. I'd list the ingredients, but there's just too many. Also some of the B vitamins are like 2000% RDA.<br><br>
