I have soreness in one of my nipples. Babe is 10 months and breast-feeding exclusively. Anyway I am thinking it might be yeast? However it is only in one nipple not both. Not quite sure what to do about it but it is really bothering me.

Thanks for any suggestions you might have for me!

It may be thrush and you're only experiencing pain in one of your breasts....it could also be a slight bruise. If your baby pulled off without releasing his latch or something similar your breast tissue could have been slightly bruised.

You could look for other signs of thrush and if you find any, treat accordingly.

Best of luck!
