Do you want video, or would a series of photos do? I don't know if you've been to the birthdiaries.com site, but there are tons of birth stories (with lots of photos) there, and many of them are natural births in various positions, some in the hospital. It's a great site that should give you some inspiration! (My first birth is on there, by the way...it's one of the graphic ones!
