I had a nice sourdough starter going and went to make some bread last night. Accidently I forgot to replenish my starter untill after I had added the extra flour, water, salt and baking soda. (after the sponge phase) I had more dough than I needed so I put some of this mix back into a container and into the fridge. Is it okay to use this as my starter now? Or do I need to start all over again?

hmmm... i dont know- how is your bread? i did my sponge today- and will bake in a bit- tthanks tho for the reminder

Someone gave me some starter.......

It got put in the back of my frig and I FORGOT
about it for about a month.

Should I even try to use it? feed it? etc?
