<p>GUC. I'd call it excellent, but there is some fading on the straps and, as I have never sold a used baby carrier before, I'm not sure if that disqualifies it from being excellent. This is my favorite carrier for my toddler and I wouldn't even consider selling it if I didn't have another one.</p>
