It would be organic meat for me though it is very expensive where I live. My reason for picking the organic meat over organic produce is that there are veggies and fruits with lower levels of pesticide ( I know.. what is an acceptable level, right?
) which can be consumed without too much worry. Non-organic produce can be peeled and washed to eliminate some, not all, of the nasty chemicals. You can't do that with non-organic meat.

On the other hand, I *could* see someone making the point that most people here probably eat more veggies/fruits than meat so it's more important, pound for pound, to have organic veggies than meat. DH and I actually buy more organic produce than organic meat simply because it's easier to find in the stores and more affordable than organic meat.
