Fit as a loose dress at 2, fits better at 3, then arms and head openings are big enought that can keep being worn at 4 and 5 with bike shorts underneath <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> 19-1/2" long. 26" around chest (measured at underarms).<br>
