Hi!

Well I was indeed in labor the night I was posting in the other weekly thread.

However I didn't deliver till about 24 hours later the next night! We ended up transfering to the hospital after attempting a homebirth... But all is well that ends well, right?

Kanyon Zane Jonas (never could decide what middle name we like best, so we used them both) was born on June 2 at 12:59 am. He weighed 9 pounds 7 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is a big guy, he weighed the same as one of his older brothers. After dealing with the hospital "ughs" of me not having a Group B test, we finally were able to come home. We are enjoying each other and all of us are so excited that he is here! I am working on his birth story, I will post it when I get it done.

I'm sorry your hb plans didn't work out--the hospital must have required you to stay for 48 hours because of the lack of GBS test, right?
