Does anyone know of anyone who makes a good, super absorbant, overnight training pant that looks and works like undies?

My super soaker 21 month old is in the thick of potty learning and wanting to go overnight some nights but the process of getting her undressed and out of her diaper (and then back into everything) often wakes her up so much that she then stays up for a couple of hours. Not what I want. I do however not want to discourage her responding to her urge to pee on the potty. Some nights she wants to and other nights she doesnt so it needs to be something that will work on those nights when she doesn't as well. I currently use a firefly diapers overnight diaper w/ a fleece topped hemp doubler and it is usually completely soaked to dripping in the morning (if she doesn't wake to go potty and get a new one).

Thanks for any ideas.

Well, this is one of the few things I always post on so here goes!

We used Motherease Bedwetter pants successfully. They are bulky and charmless in appearance but they are indestructible and didn't leak for us, boy or girl, although occasionally they did overflow. I meant to try putting a wool liner in the middle of it but never bothered since it was rare and usually my fault not theirs (watermelon for dessert, etc).

Others swear by Mother of Eden Overnight Undies (hope I have the name right) and also by Drymids. Nikkys have a name for being nice but not lasting well. Potty Dance gets mentioned. I don't have experience with these brands though.

You might want to search these threads for other brands and input. This topic comes up pretty regularly as children progress out of diapers! Hurrah for your children and I hope you do find something that works for you!
