Okay, I am ovulating early-ish this month. My period lasted 8 days with a one-day stop in the middle, and it just stopped for good on Sunday but I even still had some brownish when I wiped (sorry if TMI) yesterday morning. So, today is CD 10. I felt the usual O cramping on my right side this morning but thought, It's a little early for me...Then sure enough, tonight when I wiped, EWCM! Except it was brownish tinted, like there was still some left over from my rcently ended period. Is this normal? It isn't for me, but does this happen to anyone else? What could be causing it? My EWCM is ALWAYS whitish/clear, never brownish. Definitely not pg. Should I worry about something horrible?

it can be normal, some women have ovulatory spotting. I've had it a few times. Though you're right, it might just be 'left overs' from your period

allot of women experience "left over" menstural blood. And it can happen all the time or just spuradically... Good luck to you!!
