I heard about this in my female sexuality class, and the prof did say it was excruciating! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/hug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="hug"><br><br>
In my class notes, I have written, "hot rice sock, on area, gentle massage. bed rest like mastitis."<br><br>
Is that helpful?<br><br>
Hope you feel better soon.

Ohhh, those hurt! I had one last year so I feel your pain. I took lots of hot baths and sat on a heating pad. It finally popped on its own after 3 days of excrutiating pain, but it was immediate relief. It's supposed to be better for you if they resolve on their own (less chance of reoccurance) than if it's lanced. Hang in there!
