Does anyone know of any turtle resources?
We have a painted turtle (which are native to my state) and he is getting sooo big and looking sooo miserable that I have considered letting him go...but I don't want to do this if he will not be able to fend for himself...has anyone else ever done this?
Does anyone know any organizations that might know? I have done searches on the web, but so far have come up with nothing....
If he would not be able to survive then we will buy him a bigger tank etc...I just feel badly that he is stuck in this tank...makes me wish I had a pond...but you have to have a yard for a pond!
