Okay, if I were to paint a design on PUL, would I use fabric paint or another kind? And how long would it hold up?

That is a good question. I have some plain PUL dipes that could use some jazzing up. I have seen fabric paint pens (look like ballpoint pens) at the craft store. Maybe those would work?

I am sure if I add this to my list of craft projects my husband would have a cow! :LOL

There's an idea, the fabric paint pens. I just think it would be adorable to have some sort of cute print on my dd's backside, lol! Maybe a little princess crown. I am pretty good with a stencil and love those embroidered Fuzzi Bunz, but am too cheap to buy one and not that talented to embroider my own.

Very curious about this...

I have some pul -- white, lavendar and turquoise, that I'm going to be using soon -- but it would be nice to jazz it up some... maybe ask over in the diaper making forum???
