School is almost out and I'm going to need a few structured activities for my tribe over the summer. Is there an already established AP type playgroup for the Mat-Su? I know about the MOMS club and I have yet to make it to a LLL meeting to meet some new like minded friends, but I'm going to this month! :LOL

I have a 6 year old, 5 year old, 3 year old and 6 month old and we'd be more than happy to try out an existing group or get something organized for a new one if there is enough interest.

We need more to do than just hit Wonderland Park! It gets so crazy over there in the summer. Our kids won't be playing outside in our yard a lot until the people across the street finish building their house. There's way too many construction vehicles, heavy equipment and stuff around now.

Mine are 2.5yo and 7 months. I found out that the sports complex is still doing the turf time M-W-F from 10am-1pm for up to age 6. I thought they would quit for the summer but they decided to keep it going. Will be nice for rainy days, and probably a lot better than Wonderland. When we go to the gym Will gets to run around for a solid 2 hours, but we never stay out at the park that long. I agree that it's getting crazy there! Since my guy is still little, I sometimes go to the smaller park a couple blocks away, but older kids would be bored there.

We went to the smaller playground today and the kids enjoyed themselves. I've forgotten the name of it, Nunley or something? We had some sun and fresh air and didn't get carried away by the bugs, so it was a good day!
