I wanted to share a recent video by Healthy Child, Healthy World.
A Wake Up Story
It's not really any new information to most of us here but i think it's a beautiful, inspiring and to-the-point video (3 min) that i think we can all share with our family members who don't quite 'get it' and aren't willing to do the reading yet why.
