I am having a (non birthday) party in a few weeks. I'd like to make little dress up things for the kids in whatever the theme is- either fairy wings/elf ears or lady bug antennae. The kids will mostly be 16-20 months. Do you think that's too young?

I think the kids will probably be too young to notice or care, but it will be cute for pictures!
