I'm willing to travel a ways to find a great pediatric dentist (one who will let me accompany my child during all procedures at the very least) who takes Delta Dental Insurance.

Clinton Callahan was referred to me but isn't on my insurance. Since my dd actually needs some extensive work we must have the insurance converage. I'm also considering Dr. Barr as listed in an earlier thread, but wanted to see if anyone else had a recommendation.

Thanks!

UPDATE: So we tried Dr Callahan because it turns out he was on our insurance. Tenley had a FABULOUS experience with their office. Nice staff, Dr Callahan took a long time with her and didn't force her to open her mouth, they really explained a lot to me about her situation and he gave his opinion of what he'd do if it was his child. I had been leaning toward a more cosmetic/expensive procedure that another ped dentist had recommended to help her speech (she is missing her top two front teeth) but he really made me think about what the true *necessary* needs were and how to get her to the stage of having permanent teeth without a lot of intervention.

Happy to recommend Dr Clinton Callahan!
