I'm with you! This kid is a peeing pee-r. This morning I took off his diaper and he peed twice in the 5 minutes of nakey time. The second time was when I was wiping him off to put on a new diaper, so it went all over me too.

I don't know what to tell you. I assume you have him wearing cloth. I had to stop using it at night and go to a sposie
: , because he was just soaking himself constantly, and it would wake him up. Still, in the morning that sposie weighs about 5 pounds and leaks if he pees during our morning nurse. I guess it's just the last straw! :LOL

It is amazing how much pee can come out at night. DD has woken in a puddle the last two nights. The best thing so far is a Little Beetle with a doubler and a fleece liner and a fleece cover - that lasted until 4 a.m. and was heav-y when I took it off. But then at 4 a.m. I'm too sleepy to get a cover on correctly so the next one leaked all over! There's no winning this one. We just sleep in pee.

I put dd on the potty at night while she nurses.. usually pees about 3/4 cup every 2-3 hrs., and I don't get out of bed to dump out the potty - I have a prefold or two in a bucket next to the bed, dump it there, and in the morning I have 2 really wet prefolds to deal with instead of a wet bed.

I can't remember if you said you are nursing...but breastmilk REALLY hydrates. When my now 2 year old dd was hospitalized for breathing problems at a year old, she was totally breastfed (no solid foods). The nurses were SHOCKED that she had saturated diapers. Also, my 6 week old ds is a peeing machine. We keep washcloths near his changing table for every "hosing."
