An infant's head can tilt forward to his chest due to the angle of the seat, which is very upright.<br>
I was shocked to find my son this way as the seat is adjusted correctly according to the balance. I have tried calling the company but cannot reach anyone so will email them.<br><br>
Does anyone else have this issue with this seat?
